Member Managed Albums

We are looking for a way to allow our members to upload and manage their own photo albums.

We are using the Ait Themes Directory+ Portal that allows for members to administer their own listings, however we would like to add the member managed photo album functionality to the site.

Is it possible with this plugin to accomplish our need?

Would need to limit the number of images any one member can upload to 20.
Fixed layout so that user cant change the layout style
Not intermingle albums in media folder. User only sees their own media.
