I want to build between 1-100 single-page private merchandise shops. Only users with password can access content. Each user has access to a different collection of items. Is this possible with WooCommerce?

  • Hello @iamnoland,

Yes, this can be done. Check this out.

    Hi @iamnoland ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, this is possible. You could achieve this by creating a Members-only area by using something like the WooCommerce Memberships extension to restrict access to the page and products based on the customer’s active membership:

    https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-memberships/

Alternatively, you could change the privacy settings while editing the page and publishing it, by enabling and creating a password, as seen in the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps!

Okay, great. Thanks this helps. One more question…

Is it fairly seamless to connect WooCommerce stores with Printify drop shipping products?

    Also, let me just confirm…

So I can set-up the password protected feature to provide one user access to 20 products exclusively?

And this can be set up for multiple users?

I have not personally used Printful so I do not have first-hand experience with this, however I have found a tutorial that may be useful for you:

So I can set-up the password protected feature to provide one user access to 20 products exclusively?

Yes, by creating categories for each “collection”, and adding the products to the specific categories, this is possible. You then need to add that specific category to display on a single page, and set a password-protection for that page. This way only the customer that has the password will be allowed to access it.

And this can be set up for multiple users?

This is possible by creating a specific category for each user.

    Hope this helps!

    Thank you so much.

One other thing… can i connect two Print-on-Demand shops to Woo and pull products from both?

    Hi @iamnoland

can i connect two Print-on-Demand shops to Woo and pull products from both?

That will depend on how you are connecting the shops. For example, if you use Printful then you can get this information from their documentation or by reaching out to their team at https://help.printful.com/hc/en-us.

If you use any of our market plugins (for example WooCommerce Memberships) then you can create a ticket here for any queries related to it. You’d need to log into your WooCommerce account before you can access that page, or create an account if you do not have one. Just so you know, in the WooCommerce.com marketplace we offer a 30-day refund policy so you can test the extension and make sure it works for you.

I hope this points you in the right direction.

    Cheers

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread closed. Hopefully, the above info was helpful.
