Member page doesn’t appear

  • Hello, I just updated WP and Divi theme and some other plugins and all of sudden the ultimate account page doesn’t appear. I can see the “backend side” but the live side says “page not found”. Any ideas what could be wrong??

    Hi @sakulainen,

    Can you please try to delete your old account page and try to create the new one and see if this helps. Please check that the new page contains [ultimatemember_account] shortcode and assigned in Ultimate member -> Settings -> setup.
