Member paid but is not registered as member

    HI

    A customer paid and I have the payment reflected in paypal but is not listed in the members area.

    Could you please advice

    Is this the first time this has happened in your site? Can you confirm that their payment has gone through?

    yES , THE PAYENT is in paypal but she does not exist as a member.
    I refunded the money and I ask her to do it again and the second time the same problem

    Could you please advice , she is waiting

    Hi, please follow these instructions to enable debug mode.

    Then ask your client to carry out the transaction again. Once that is complete please check the log file and report back with any error messages.
