Member Payment add-on cannot find newley created record

After a participant registers through the Sign-up form, he is redirected to the member payment add-on page but his newley created record cannot be found.
I suspect that the name of my participant might be causing this issue.
The partipant is French and his name goes : Denis L’AnglaisYou will notice the apostrophe (‘) that is part of his name and I suspect that this may cause problem when the Payment Add-on is parsing the name. Am I right?
Of course I cannot ask my participant to change the way he spells his name…Thanks for your advice,
