This is a plugin I have been waiting for. I am very excited. Unfortunately, it’s not working on my test site.

When I try to save the settings, I get this message:
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in … /wp-content/plugins/bp-user-reviews/bp-user-reviews.php on line 532

When I try to save reviews, I get this message:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in … /wp-content/plugins/bp-user-reviews/templates/edit.php on line 35

    Hello, @wonderdog4!

    Thanks for reporting!
We will resolve this issue shortly!

Do you have issues with adding reviews from admin side, right?

    Thanks!!

    Hi there.

I have installed it on three different sites to test it.

I can add reviews from the admin side, but not from the user side.

After submitting on the user side, it says SAVE SUCCESSFULLY but nothing is saved.

I currently have the text review function turned off. So only the stars should be saving.

I’m not sure what CRITERIA is, but it is set to SINGLE.

Who can leave reviews? Logged in users

    Auto approve new reviews? Yes

Hey, can you write me pm there https://www.wordplus.org/members/admin/ with your site admin credentials, so I can see it and resolve fast.

    Much appreciate, if you can!

Use your sites any cache plugin?

I just tested it with your settings and it seems to work good

    Hi there.

I’m sorry. I can’t give you admin access to our site.

The most I can do is open the WPMU DEV support door, if you are part of that team.

We’ll have to do this the hard way.

In answer to your question …

We are not using any cache plugins.

However we do use WP Defender.

    Hi again.

We just retested on a fourth site. It’s working there. So we are going to retest. Please give us 24 hours to get back to you.

    Hi there.

We have four websites with identical configurations.

Your app is working perfectly on two. It is not working on the other two.

I suspect it is a permissions issue. However I am not sure how to trouble shoot that.

On the two sites where it’s not working, we can add reviews through admin but not through the front end.

Can you suggest possible issues I might look at and explore?

    Thanks in advance.

I don`t know anything, that can be broken really!
Can you send me at least sites urls, so I can see it myself?

    Thanks

Yes we do. We use it on all four sites. Setting are the same on all four.

    I have been testing this.

I have deactivated the plugin, cleared cookies and started over. Didn’t seem to make a difference.

I will keep testing other things.

Great news. I have figured it out.

We have the following line in our wp-config file
    define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, true);

When this line is commented out, it works on all four sites.

Is this an issue you can address? We need to use that line for sercurity.

    Thanks for letting me know.
