I performed the test following the steps of the Conflict test Doc…no luck. The problem still there

Unfortunately, it still happens…

I just tested something. When I went to “Account” and I edited my name for example it worked. It showed me a message saying something like “Account was updated” after the screen refreshes.

But when I go to My profile to edit something there, it refreshes like I explained above, but the message never shows up. And of course nothing is updated.

Are users registering successfully via UM register form?

I am not using the UM register form…I will test it

I turned on registrations and used the UM registration form to register a new user. No issues.

The user user shows up on the all users page in wp-admin?

Yes, it shows up in the all users page in wp-admin

Are you able to make a test profile form with only the country field on it and see if this test profile updates properly. This will enable us to see if it is a field on your current profile form causing the issue.

I did as you said. I duplicate the profile form to keep a back up of it. Then I deleted all the fields and save. Then added country field and save. Finally a testes an edition of a profile as user and it worked!
