Are you using any customization code for your membership site or any Paid Memberships Pro Add Ons?

Do you have any other plugins that may integrate with Paid Memberships Pro?

I don’t see any plugin that would interfere on a checkout here. Please can you enable debugging in WordPress and checkout again to see if there are any PHP errors – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/how-to-enable-debugging-on-you-your-wordpress-site/

To confirm, users that signup for a membership level are not being assigned a level, or are you trying to assign a user a membership level another way such as changing it in the admin area or importing the user to have a membership level.
