memberful message on contact page

The memberful plugin is deactivated and yet the following message is showing up on my contact page (where I am using contact form 7):
memberful_acl:
a:2:{s:7:”product”;a:0:{}s:12:”subscription”;a:0:{}}
memberful_available_to_any_registered_user:
memberful_marketing_content:
This marketing content will be shown in place of your protected content to anyone who is not allowed to read the post…I don’t want to uninstall the plugin because I plan on reactivating it eventually, but I don’t know how else to remove this message if the plugin is already deactivated.
Please help. Thanks!
