Memberpress courses videos do not load

  • Hello, on my course page https://welcomefitness.cz/courses/jak-ztratit-kila-v-5-dnech/lessons/1-principy/ I am not seeing videos I see when signed as admin. I deactivated Jetpack, Smush, iframe I have only basic version without lazy load. Can you advise on any other conflicts/fixes? No videos visible in incognito window eventhough I am signed to google account. Videos are non-public (only for course participants). I am not seeing them, neither are my customers. Trying Firefox did not help.I see videos normaly in preview when in WP signed as admin.

  • So you’re talking about videos that you can only see when you’re logged in, but that you can only see when you’re logged in as admin? You write in the title you use Memberpress. Therefore, a setting there should be the reason. Please contact the support of Memberpress: https://memberpress.com/support/
