• I’m trying to create a partial content area for logged in member for just the post content area within MemberPress and an Elementor template applied to 200 posts.

    I’ve applied partial content to the row but this doesn’t work. I’ve added the shortcodes above and below the post content but this doesn’t work, although does show ‘This content is protected’ or similar.

    What am I doing wrong?

  • Hey there,

    Hmm, this is a tricky one; normally, we would send you to MemberPress support or Elementor, depending on which add-on we think is causing the issue (since this is far beyond your basic WordPress core product).

    Are the shortcodes you’re working with a part of Elementor or MemberPress?

    If they’re from Elementor, you may want to check with their support: https://elementor.com/support/

    If they’re from MemberPress, they may be the people from which you should seek answers: https://memberpress.com/support/

    You’ll want to reach out to one or both of them to find your solution, since this is highly specific and outside the scope of basic WordPress. ??

    Hi @reynoldsdigital,

    You can follow these steps:

    Go to: memberpress/app/models/MeprOptions.php. Find the line:

    $this->mothership_license = ”;

    Fill in a sequence of any numbers for example:

    $this->mothership_license = 'AHJ213HK428H4HK42378Q';

    Save and update it to the server`

    Please let me know if my answer can help you resolve your issue.

    Regards,

    Lucas
