• Any help would be truly appreciated. Memberpress support is slow. I am attempting to use memberpress but I’m having difficulty finding the information to set things up in the user guide or videos. Here is what I’m trying to do :

My WordPress site consists of a static landing page from which users can navigate to 10 or more other pages.
The landing page should be the only page a non-registered user can access. Registration is free and login is required to access any other pages. Currently when I log out as administrator and then log in as anonymous user, there is no restriction to access for any pages. Which settings do I need to change in order to restrict access to individual pages?

Registration should utilize some sort of captcha scheme. How do I set up captcha for a memberpress registration page?

E-mail addresses need to be verified so I do not want users to designate their own password but rather an automatically generated password should be sent to their e-mail. How exactly is this done using memberpress?

For some premium pages, in addition to registration, a one time payment will be required for access to the content and video links on that one specific page. Access to a premium page should be limited to 90 days. How do I set this up?

  • @markmann, I’m not seeing any support requests from this username in our ticketing system. Be sure to submit your premium support requests here: https://www.memberpress.com/support/

We answer all support tickets as quickly as possible, most are answered within a couple of hours. Thanks!

I found your support ticket under a different name. It appears it was answered 2 hours ago. If you have any further questions, please respond to the ticket, thanks!

    Markman –

Hi! Are you still using Memberpress? Did you figure out / get the answers? I am trying to set up my own site, and am having trouble figuring out how to correctly have a ‘free/public Visitor Blog area’ of my site PLUS my ‘paid members only’ area of my site – with ability for paid members to also see free blog without loss of membership login access. I would love to find someone who has done this. In exchange, I’m willing to offer whatever help I can to that person.
Are you still a memberpress member with an active memberpress site?
    Hopefully,
    Barb
