Memberpress registration page error

  • With the membership plugin, whether I as the admin, or someone not logged in tries to go to a product registration page, it gives a 404 error. Even when I am on the product page in the admin area, and click to view the page, I get the error.

    It had been working, but now isn’t. I had updated wordpress & some plugins. But in troubleshooting, I disabled almost all of my plugins and that didn’t help (the several I didn’t disable hadn’t been updated since it was working). Rolling back to a previous version of memberpress didn’t help. And I even rolled back to wordpress 4.01, but that didn’t help. I’m not sure if I needed to rollback wordpress to an earlier version–I don’t remember which version I was using before I updated.

    I have contacted memberpress tech support, but their response time is slow. I’m only getting one response a day, which is making it hard to get this resolved.
