Members can create posts of certain category

Hey,

I have a couple of categories (videos and events) that I want my registered users to be able to add posts to. How can I include some links on the pages that list these posts (e.g. .com/videos) that my registered users can click and be taken directly to the post creation UI specifically for that category (i.e. they don’t have to specify anything other than clicking publish and the post is added to the related category).
