When i create an account and go to the dashboard as an admin i can see: Add New Listing | Manage Listings | Favourite Listings | Payment History | User Account. If i create an account as a new member user to the site they only get: Favourite Listings | User Account and cannot create a listing but i can’t understand why not?

ACADP requires “edit_acadp_listings” capability to post listings. These capabilities are added automatically by the plugin for the standard WordPress user roles. Kindly refer the instructions below to add these capabilities for the custom user roles,

    Solution:

    1. Install Members plugin by Justin Tadlock.

    2. Go to Users => Role from your WordPress admin panel.

    3. Edit your custom user role.

    4. Search for the capability “edit_acadp_listings” and check in the “Grant” check-box.

    5. Save the changes.

That’s it. Now, your site users can post listings.
