    Hello!

I have upgraded UM to version 2.1.1 but now I can’t see any members displayed in member directories (Examples are in section “Team” found in many pages such as https://yezers.it/istruzione/, https://yezers.it/plastica/, https://yezers.it/collegi-elettorali/). In the backend I can see all directories correctly, including all members, just as I did before. Any idea on why this might happen?

In previous answers I read suggestions such as flushing the cache and removing all customized templates from my theme for the member directory, but I’m not sure how/where to do that. Any help?

    Thanks!

As additional information, I am using shortcodes to display these users. So in the SiteOrigin Accordion panel named “Team” I have added the shortcode [ultimatemember form_id=”xxxx”], where xxxx is code code I find in the member directory page.

Hello, thanks for your answer. Unfortunately it didn’t help, because I am not using URLs but only shortcodes to visualise member directories. From my comment above: in the SiteOrigin Accordion panel named “Team” I have added the shortcode [ultimatemember form_id=”xxxx”], where xxxx is code I find in the member directory page.

    Hi @kernkraftx360 @salamtura

Could you please confirm if you have cleared the site cache and browser cache on your end after you update the UM? We got some updates to the JS/CSS files so it requires you to clear cache.

Sorry for my late response, I can confirm I only cleared the cache!

Same problem for me. We use the directory short code to inject the members directory into a wp page. But the result is empty… We can wee the grid/list toggle… but there is no user… (our members list has 196 members)
