    I am using
    latest plugin (free version)
    latest wordpress
    beaver builder
    php 7.2
    REST Api v.2.0

I am not able to show a specific role in the member directory. If I select a UM_Member role, a WP_User role, or even if I tick all the roles the member directory says “We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.” when there are actually 5+ users that should fit be displayed.

I have checked all the settings and nothing seems to work. The ONLY thing that “fixes” it is if I uncheck all the roles in the directory. Then they all show up. It’s strange.

The issue seemed to start when I moved my site to a staging area (not localhost). It was working before.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have done troubleshooting, too. No fix. My last resort is to uninstall and erase all UM data, which I am hesitant to do because I have put a lot of work into what I currently have.

Is there something I am missing? Can someone help me?

    Hi @creativeleif

Sorry for the late response. We were busy catching up with the support backlogs.

Please feel free to re-open this thread if you’re still encountering issues with the latest version of Ultimate Member plugin.
