    After members register on my site, they are supposed to get an email confirming that they have been approved. None of my members have received any emails. Also when you click forget password, members do not receive email to reset password. Can anyone please help. Thanks

    Hi @angel247,

    Please go to Ultimate Member->Settings->Email->Account Approved Email & Password Reset Email, inside your dashboard and check if both are checked there ( green marked).
