Members Map shows only location in 1 Country

  • Hi, we have the problem, that if new user register on oure Buddypress and they complete the regestrie with location field, only user come from germany are showing in the global members map, but user that are from Switzerland or Austria doesn’t show the marker in global members map. only if i search specific in radius of austria or switzerland, the users and there marker are showing… can somebody please help us to resolve that issue?

  • Hi, your search query might be looking for location : “Germany”
    Or your radius might be to low.

    With geomywp (or google api, I don’t know wich one is responsible for this), if you search for just a country, then the results are closed to this country.
    Try to make your map to search for a city or a complete adress. In the middle of the country for example. Then it should load the whole locations in the radius you specified. If your radius is 500km, try to use 5000km instead.
