Members not getting assigned roles

I have done everything accordingly as explained in the video’s made the connection between my bots etc etc. Only issue is People get redirected to the server but don’t get the role they’re supposed to get, it also doesn’t show up as connected whenever I check if their discord is connected on the site even though they are in the server
