Members not showing Up in directory

    2 days back I imported 400 users from csv file. And in 2 days i got approx 15 new user registerations. So i have approx 415 users.
    All these 415 are visible in member directory when I login using Admin,
    But if a new visitor visits the page it shows only latest 15 users, those imported 400 are not visible to a visitor. How do I fix it?

    Check the imports have the correct role.
    Check profile access (under User roles).
    Check the roles included in the directory.

    Yes, role is correct. That’s why all 400 show up when we login as admin.
    If I login as admin, everything is great. If I visit site as guest or as any other role. those 400 imported users doesn’t appear in UM directory

    Never mind friend, I just tried reactivating the user from (All uses-> UM action) and that fixed the problem.
