Members page problem visualization

  • Hi,
    I’m having some problems with members page visualization. The card of some users (not all) who uploaded a cover photo is hiding the “display name” and “tag line” information (tag line isn’t a big problem, but members name I would like to be seen).
    Why it’s happening?

    Hi @tavomenas,

    It looks like a conflict with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if it helps.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi,
    I’ve done the conflict test and it doesn’t solve the issue.
    Tried with different pictures and every picture has it’s own behavior and is shown in different way as a cover photo.
    When I change the resolution of the picture and upload it again the way it’s shown doesn’t change.
