Members Payments Keep Cancelling Automatically

Hello,

Expired members try to reactivate their accounts and are blocked from sending payment and reactivating their accounts. They have reported they logged in first, and tried to register but there was still an error.

Essentially, any past customers can’t gain access back into the system.

Is there any solution to this problem?

P.S. I’m using Paypal Express gateway. PMPro Mailchimp integration, theme my login, WP bouncer, and PMPro Series add ons.
