Members Plugin 404

I have used the plugin in the past with no issues, however I am using it on a new site to edit role permissions. When I am in the admin I can go to Users > Add New Role and create new roles. The problem is when I click Users > Roles to go back and edit the roles that have been created I get taken a 404 page (the end of the URL looks like this wp-admin/users.php?page=roles). Not sure why this is happening.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
