Members Plugin blocks functions of the TagDiv Builder

    I reopen this topic because this iussue is marked as resolved but is not indicated how resolve.
    In my case the issue still persit and cause the same error.

    Error: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function Members\Admin\members_is_admin_page() in ../wp-content/plugins/members/admin/class-notifications.php:436

    Recap: The Members Plugin blocks certain functions of the TagDiv Builder. With an activated Plugin, the TD composer has an error and it’s not possible for example to add files to a text element in the composer.

    I already contact TagDiv support, but is very poor and simply avoid all issue related to the others plugin.
    I don’t want disable Members plugin, someone can help me?

    Thanks for reaching out Members Support Team!

    I checked your ticket and I can see that last reply from our side that you should check with TagDiv support team as we need to use this function to use is_admin(). So, may I ask did you checked with them?

    Yes but are very poor and nothing type of collaboration is given. You have some workaround in order to fix? Thanks

    Hi @sriva,

    I can’t provide any help in this matter as it paid plugin and we can’t test it to troubleshooting.
