    hello

    I’m sorry, I do not know where to ask, no one would answer me.

    I downloaded and purchased WP- E commerce plugin for subscriptions.

    I would like to know:

    – For example, if a customer purchases a subscription of 3 months, and then wants to change, there is no payment of the difference?

    – It is possible to combine the roles the type of subscription?

  • Hi Walter,

    I believe that there is no ability to change the item that the person is subscribing into. The workaround is to stop the subscription first and resubscribe.

    It would be the same with combining the roles of the type of subscription. There is no default way to do that, you would have to customize WP eCommerce to do so.

    Ok, since this is so, how can I do so that when you purchase a subscription, the user’s role is changed automatically?
