Member's private area

Hello everybody.

I’m making a private website for my company, it’s a small business with few clients, and we do projects for our clients. I’d like to have each different client to be able to log in and see the project that we made for him, and not the other ones. Basically, i’d need a “Your Project” link that would only be visible to those who were logged in, and that would re-direct you to a different page for each user. Is there any way i can do this using wordpress? I’d have to do each member’s private page manually, that’s not a problem.
I’ve been searching for plug-ins but i found nothing that would fit…
