  • Hi @rodrigosl,

    I hope you’re well today! Hope you won’t mind my jumping in here too, I used to work with the team and still like to help out here once in a while. ??

    That error is a JavaScript error, usually due to a conflict between plugins or themes. Have you tried switching to TwentyFifteen and disabling other plugins momentarily to try and narrow down the conflict?

    It’s possible there’s another plugin that conflicts with Membership 2’s, or it could be the theme’s JavaScript.

    This troubleshooting chart can really help too:

    Perhaps that’ll help narrow down the issue. ??

    Cheers,
    David

    Hello DavidM!

    Thank you for your reply and information. I did what you asked me to do and here are the results.

    WordPress: Latest Version (4.3.1)
    Current Theme: BeTheme 10.3.1
    Deactivated all plugins but Membership 2 and left BeTheme active: Status – The pages didn’t work as it should be. Some js didn’t activated and page is messed.

    TypeError: n.visible is not a function - animations.min.js:4:186
    TypeError: $(...).isotope is not a function - scripts.js:1231:1

    Deactivated plugin and everything got back the way it should be.

    Deactivated BeTheme, activated Twenty Fifteen and activated Membership 2: Status – No errors reported.

    Within Twenty Fifteen Activated I deactivated all plugins and started to activate one by one and check for errors:

    List of my Website's plugins:
    - Akismet - No .js errors;
    - bbPress - No .js errors;

    - WP reCaptcha Integration - No .js errors;
    - WP-Optimize - No .js errors;
    - wpMandrill - No .js errors;
    - Yoast SEO - No .js errors;

    As you can see no errors appeared with the installed and activated plugins above and the Defaulte Theme.
    With all plugin enabled I enabled BeTheme and then the error appeared again. Then I disabled Membership 2 and all is fine again.

    So.. The conflict is with the BeTheme .js files right?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hey rodrigosl,

    How are you doing today?

    Yes this is definitely a conflict between Membership 2 and BeTheme. As this is a premium theme it’s hard for us to troubleshoot this further.

    I’d have to suggest contacting theme authors for assistance on this one. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help ??

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Thank you for your reply Bojan!

    I’ll ask the BeTheme authors for help and once I set up the website (if needed) I could send you guys the access to files to troubleshoot this issues.. What do you think?

    Thank you!

    Hey again rodrigosl,

    We’re not allowed to do that on this forum, you can find more information here: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome.

    However, we did have the same report on WPMU DEV forum (not the one you linked above) which was tested and confirmed by one of our support staff and this was forwarded to our developer today so we should already have all the information we need.

    I’ll update the thread once I have any information ??

    Best regards,
    Bojan
