When an end user clicks on the membership-account url, in our case the link located at the above page called “Membership” it redirects the end user to ./wp-login.php

Besides the security implications, this was working fine just yesterday. Can you all share if your having similar issues or have a solution for this quirk?

    Thank you in advance,

    Adrian

Hi, Adrian. Sorry you’ve run into this issue.

Logged out users should be redirected to the login page when trying to access the account page. This is expected behavior.

However, if users who are logged in are being redirected, something else is going on.

I notice that the /membership-account/membership-levels/ page is also redirecting to the login page. This is NOT normal.

One thing you should check is that all of the pages on the PMPro page settings page are set up and link to UNIQUE pages. Stuff like this can sometimes happen when you try to do something like have the same page for your account and levels page. PMPro will get confused.

Another thing to look out for is to make sure none of the PMPro pages (account, login, levels, etc) require membership themselves. PMPro will automatically keep non-members away from content on those pages they shouldn’t see.

Let me know if any of this helps.

Yep, I have the exact same problem.
Not a solution but I had to change the url in the menu to the Membership Levels page instead, but that means the account page doesn’t show when logged in.
