Membership and "automatic" affiliate plugin??

Does anyone know how to set up a paid membership site where as soon as someone pays for membership, they are automatically signed up as an affiliate and can get commission for getting others to sign up for the site (possibly this could be done through a paypal account)? Every plugin I’ve found makes people sign up for the affiliate program separately. I would love something where right at their conformation screen, it would say “Congratulations on your one time purchase of membership to this site. Now, if you would like to share this link with your coworkers, you will automatically receive $10 (or some other amount) for each person that signs up.” Additionally, if possible, I would love to be able to give their friends the same amount in a discount when they sign up. That way its a win win for both, and the customer’s friends wouldn’t feel “used”. Is this possible???
