    Hello,

Does anyone had an issues with PMPRO and BuddyPress when membership level expiry date is always set as non expiring? I tired different settings but users always get non-expiring membership level, however i set it for one month.
I set expire date, user orders this level. and in PMPRO members list expire date value is NEVER.
Only workaround temporary is to set expiry date manually, then it works.

    Regards,
    Serge

    Hi @aivanovas

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. I’m sorry to hear you are facing issues with this.

How are user’s being assigned to this level, are users purchasing via the Paid Memberships Pro checkout page or is it done another way?

Hello Andrew and Thank you for a quick reply.

I have set membership levels as Woocommerce products.
Users are purchasing mbetship levels via Woocommerce checkout.
I will try toninvestigaye if other plugins like BuddyPress Members Type Pro or BuddyPress Extended profile fields plugins are not affecting it.

I also reinstalled PMPRO to ver. 2.3.3 but it did not help.

    Hello Andrew,

Could you pls give a brief explanation if membership expire date should be visible on members account in the Wp-admin dashboard?

I set initial payment to 0£ and ticked reccuring subscription, billing amount is 5£. Payment cycle is 1 month. Billing cycle limit is 0. But when i go to PMPRO–>Members and look at member the fieled End Date value is NEVER. As I understand I shall see expiration date there. Am I right? I can see Membership start date, but End Date is never.

    /Serge

@aivanovas I’m having the exact same issue, did you ever get this sorted?

@aivanovas if you are selling through WooCommerce you don’t need to setup your membership billing as WooCommerce will handle the billing side of things. You can set an expiration date inside the level and it should be setup when a user purchases a membership level product. Are you using any other Paid Memberships Pro Add Ons?

@neilk94 please feel free to open a new support ticket so we may assist you further. If you are running a similar setup I’d recommend disabling all Paid Memberships Pro Add Ons and only have Paid Memberships Pro and the Paid Memberships Pro WooCommerce Integration active to see if the issue persists or not.
