Membership expiration date problems

    Hi,

    there seems to be a problem with the expiration date of membership accounts.
    Example:I create a one-year subscription to a member but the end date is in 2020 and it should be 2021.
    The same applies to the monthly or daily subscription, upon activation it does not set the correct date for membership expiration.
    Is there solutions.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

    Could you please let me know if you have any code customization on your site for the membership plugin?
    Also please explain how the membership level and expiration are set up, a screenshot would help.

    @alhummada just following up on the above. Can you please supply the information @femiyb asked for or let us know if this issue is resolved?
