membership fees in shop, not using website membership

Hi everyone,

I’m currently trying to set up an online shop for my association. We need to make sure that the buyers are already members of the association in order to buy -If they’re not, they should pay the membership fee. The thing is that we wish to not have members on the site, but only a list of already-bought.

So I thought that I needed a plugin which could, somehow, check whether a buyer (based on the name, hopefully you can hardly mispell your own name) already bought from us, and if not, force them to pay a certain fee.

Does any of you know a plugin that could do that ?
