    Hi There! We are running into an issue with a registration page as the membership we are offering is duplicating itself twice which is causing some upset with our customers – they don’t know what membership to choose (even tho they are the same) so they are leaving and not signing up.

    My Question:

    How do I remove the duplicated membership on this page?

    Hello @martielb,

    I am sorry to hear you have this issue.

    I can’t replicate this on my site. Do you see these two memberships at the backend as well, or it is showing same membership twice on the front end?

    In the first case try deactivating the Membership at the backend by toggling the Active button. Please see the screenshot:

    If this happens on the front end only, then it is caused by a conflict with another plugin or a theme.

    Please run a test for a conflict. Deactivate all the other plugins, switch to a default WordPress theme and see if the membership is duplicated. If it is not, activate one plugin at the time to find wich one is causing this.

    Hi Nastia,

    Here is what we’ve done.

    1. There aren’t two memberships on the back end – if you look at the screenshot from my first post you can see that the information showing up on top is identical to what is showing up below.

    2. I tried toggling the activation of the membership, this made no difference other than show ‘no memberships available”

    3. It appeared that it was front end specific so we did a Conflict Test, during this test we deactivated everything and checked, we got this SCREENSHOT: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zkani9x2xak90lc/Screenshot%202017-01-23%2016.20.10.png?dl=0

    However, once Membership 2 was reactivated, there was zero change. We were still getting 2 identical memberships showing up.

    Do you have any other suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Because you have pro version and you created thread on our premium.wpmudev.org forum, where we are investigating issue now, could we close this thread here? This way there wont be confusion for other staff members that will get here ??
