Membership level not working fine

Hi, on my website I have 2 membership levels. One is 5€/month and the other is 2.5€/month. Both have the same settings, but the membership level which cost 5€ says “5,00€ initially, then 5,00€ every mes” and it works fine when people have to renew. The other membership level says “2,50€ initially, then 0,00€ every mes” And only charge the first month. They both have the same settings.
