Membership levels refuses to appear

    I have tried in vain to be able to show all membership levels for which a post is available to others but some posts will only show one level and others will show all except one! Inside my settings I select that the post is available for all membership levels (though it is not available for those who have not subscribed). At the end of this post – for example – it shows up as being available for standard membership only – though of course it is available for the higher levels too.

    This is what I have discovere: On Edge (browser) it only shows up as being availale for ONE level (standard membership. On Firefox it shows being available for all the levels. However, even with that, I – the adminstrator with the highest level of access as set up in my settings – cannot even access the post (as well as I presume all the other posts.)

    Any thoughts? Thank you.

    Where do you show the levels for the post you are viewing? You mentioned it is shown at the end of the post?

    I’ve had a look at your post that you have shared and it seems that it is only set to one membership level according to the restricted content message. How are you restricting this post? Are you restricting it according to it’s category or using the ‘Require Membership’ settings inside the page settings?

    The place where it shows the levels is when the person attempted to view the page tries to but does not have the correct level membership. I have restricted the membership through the “Require Membership” option. Should I be doing so through the category? If I have a few levels – with people subscribing to higher amounts (and therefore being allowed the lower levels too) do I need to choose them as well, or will they automatically be given access?

    You can do it either via category or on each post.

    Are you running any other Paid Memberships Pro Add Ons or custom code?

    Also under your “Advanced Settings” did you change the restricted message for non-members at all to only show the one level name?
