Membership list plugin with custom fields

Hi Everyone,

I’m developing a website for my Jiu Jitsu club and want to have a members list area. I have read about plugins that add custom fields to the registration form but am having difficulty understanding how I could use this information on the website.
I would like to create a basic members page that displays:

First name, Last name, Belt colour

and add a field to the registration form so that they can select their belt colour from a dropdown list.
I would also like the members page to automatically update when a new user signs up and arrange the list by belt colour and then surname.

Does anyone know of any plugins that have this sort of functionality? I have a VERY limited understanding of the code behind wordpress but if it’s something I have to implement myself I’m willing to give it a go!
