    I need help Please!
I’m in the process of setting up a website/Blog for my community. The purpose of this site is to give the community a platform to publish news/events – of things that is happening in their towns.
Members will be allowed to post their news on a predefined categories.
    Questions:
1)Is there any specific Themes I could use to accomplish this?
2)Which plugin will help me manage the members Subscription to the website?
    3) How can I give members permission to log-on and publish their articles without going to the WordPress Admin Areas? – and Creating New Pages & Categories?
Thank you all for your help.
    I don’t know codes. ??

  • WordPress has a built-in user registration system – you can Google for WordPress user registration to find some free plugins to help you customize this a bit more (especially if your members need to pay to sign-up).

A premium plugin I use exclusively is Gravity Forms which not only comes with a User Registration Add-On but also allows you to create a form to allow people to create a new post in predefined categories without having access to the Admin area.

As for #3 – The Members Plugin – https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/members/ – should be able to help.
