    I’ve recently had a member who was demoted to a Subscriber due to their membership period expiring (via the EOT System).

    Several months later, the (now) Subscriber repurchased a membership but S2Member didn’t reinstate him.

    Is this possibly because he wasn’t logged into the site before purchasing his membership? Or is there another possible reason or setting on S2Member that I should be checking?

  • If he wasn’t logged in, there’s no way for WordPress or any plugin to recognize who it was.

    If he was logged in and he used an s2Member form or button to repurchase membership, then s2Member would automatically recognize him.
