Membership or Directory plugins

  • I’ve got a client who wants to set up directory on her website that does the following:

    Lists categories
    Alphabetical listing but allows for manual changes to the list for featured members
    Search feature
    Members to create their own directory listing but cannot be published till approved.

    I’m familiar with Wishlist and this will do some but not all of the above. What else can you recommend please?
