Membership Page Navigation Menu, Current Page Menu Highlighting

    I am using the Optimizepress theme for a wordpress site.

    When I include the membership page navigation menu (based on the wordpress parent child order), some ‘categories” or menus have multiple child pages (lesson pages) that appear as links in the menu of a particular page.

    So for example:

    Dog Training Module Chapter 1:

      Lesson 1
      Lesson 2
      Lesson 3

    Now my question is, how can I highlight the links in these menus based on which page the user is on?
