Membership page now allowing access on mobile

  • I have setup the simple membership plugin to have 4 membership levels. 3 of these are paid for. Each paid for membership level has its own page where only members of this level can access.

    On a desktop everything is working well.

    On a mobile, payment is working well as is all other aspects of becoming a member.

    For two of the levels everything is working well.

    However for one level (On I have named ‘The Basics’) when I log in as a ‘the basics’ member on a mobile it will not allow me access to ‘the basics’ page.

    I have tried shutting down all the other plugins on this site I am able to, and it hasn’t helped.
    The website is using the Divi theme and Divi builder.

    Any ideas why this might be happening?

    Do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you do, have you excluded the plugins membership pages from getting cached?

    I have turned off the caching plugin and still have the same problem.

    Hi, just for testing purposes. Can you create another similar membership level and assign this level to a test post. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.
