Membership Pages not loading

Hi,

I have installed the plugin, created membership levels then used the plugin to automatically create the membership pages. However, when I click on the links to view the pages, they all come up with an error saying ‘Page requested is not available. General error has occurred’.

I have also tried deleting the automatically created pages and creating my own pages with the shortcodes inserted and I get same result. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
