Membership payment

So in the WooCommerace addon of Ultimate Member, does it have a way to setup a payment method, so the costumer using the website can pay for the membership fee to a specific account I chose? Does it have a PayPal option? Or does it only allow transfers to a bank account, etc.
Does it allow a way for the customer to require admin approval before making a purchase of some specific membership type?
