Membership Plan Table & Notification Board Problem Showing the contents

Hi everyone, after getting an “A vendor application waiting for approval” email, and check here link, when I redirected to the Notification Board, even if there is a 1 message red notice, the board is empty and not showing any vendor approval pending. Same issue is in “the Membership Plan Table”, I’ve seen the basic plan on the page but not seeing any plan in the Membership Plan Table in the settings.

Please check from Membership manage page, membership display on plan table not disabled.

I can see all the membership plans on the page: https://www.websiteurl.com/vendor-membership

Vendors Dashboard > Membership > Manage Memberships : There are no plan listed and showed there to take an action like; delete / edit etc

The same listing/showing problem

Vendors Dashboard > Notification Dashboard : There are no vendor listed and showed there to take any action like; approve / reject etc…

And my web site have already sent an email to the admin account with the subject: “A vendor application waiting for approval” and when I follow the link from the email, no vendor listed and showed in “Notification Dashboard” to take any action like; approve / reject etc…
