membership plugin

    Hi I am looking for a plugin for a website that creates a membership and sends a certificate (each having its own generated number)

    The idea is someone pays online for a boating licence and then gets sent it automatically by the plugin. They can then login to their account on the site to download it at anytime.

    Does anyone know of a plugin that does this.

    All the membership plugin I have seen are for certain areas of the website, but this is for a yearly licence.
