Membership plugin recommendations?

Hello,
I have a site that requires users to be able to have access to more than one membership level. At first I was trying to use Paid Memberships Pro to achieve this but it appears that Paid Membership Pro won’t suit my purpose at the moment since purchasing a new level would mean an upgrade and that’s not what I’m looking for. I’m using woocommerce to handle payments for the membership.
What I’m trying to achieve is similar to this:

Has anyone tried this before? Can anyone recommend a plugin that could work for me? Thanks in advance!
