Membership site

Hello,

I have a consulting company and we currently run a website on WordPress. We want to add a membership section and charge members per request submitted. We want to be able for our clients to submit a request form and when it arrives to our helpdesk inbox we want to see which member submitted it. Any idea of an add on or service that would be appropriate for our WordPress site?
