What i want a plugins with the following features:
1- TO be able to create users
2- each user will have access to download a specific (PDF, doc..) documents.

Hi yamminos, I think I know what would work well for you.

Log into your website, go to WP Membership -> Add-ons and install After Login Redirection add-on.

Create the pages for each Membership Level. Add a link to the PDF file for each membership level in each page that you created. Add the page URL for each membership level you created to the After Login Redirection. That is all you have to do.

Remember to protect the page and only allow the right members access to the page. Do the same for each Membership Level you create.

You mean that I have to create for each username a specific page and add the url on it and assign this page to a specific user.
From where the users can enter their username and password ?
Do you have any tutorial ?

Create a page for each membership level.

Unfortunately I don’t have a tutorial but you have given me an idea ?? I will work on one soon.

For example:

Free membership level = Create a page
Bronze membership level = Create a page
Silver membership level = Create a page
Gold membership level = Create a page
