Membership Website

    I am making a Membership Website. For the purpose of making ids and payments, I am using the Memberpress WordPress plugin.

    I want this option in which whenever a person signs up whether he/she is a paid member of my site or a free member, I want that person to watch a video and also fill a survey. I want to make these two things compulsory for every person who signs up the first time only.

    Is there a way I can do this?

    Since you use a commercial plugin ( Memberpress), please go to their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so we would not know why your commercial plugin is not working properly. Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    @vladytimy forget about Memberpress. Is there any way that I can add this kind of condition to a page?

    For example, only after watching the video, a new link appears and that takes the person to Survey Monkey form and only after completing that form, the person can go to the next page and then start signing up.

    None that I know of. It’s a pretty specific scenario. I don’t know if SurveyMonkey provide the tools necessary to return to your website with a confirmation message so you can fetch it and only after let the person sign up. Seems like a custom code thing.

    But if that survey and video are on your website a custom implementation could surely work. You can ask in different membership plugins forums to see if any has this option out of the box, but I doubt any has it. But it’s possible.
